The individual residential house in Tsavkisi is a unique and challenging project. Due to the complex, sloping terrain of the plot, our primary goal was to integrate the building as harmoniously as possible with its surroundings. As a result, we developed a two-level spatial solution that ensures both aesthetic and functional balance.

We were given the opportunity to work on an interesting and large-scale project, which presented many challenges.

First and foremost, the main objective was to integrate this massive complex into the site in such a way that it would blend harmoniously with the local environment. To achieve this, we adapted the shape and volume of the buildings to the existing, rather complex terrain.

On the facade, we used as neutral materials as possible, such as natural stone, black stainless steel, and golden accents in metal. The main feature of the facade is the greenery, which completely covers the hotel building’s exterior.

Nestled in the Digomi 7 settlement of Tbilisi, this individual residential house was designed to cater to the needs of a young family seeking comfort and a sense of luxury. Positioned on a carefully selected terrain, the house combines modern architecture with thoughtful planning to create a welcoming and elegant living space.

Our mission for this project was to breathe new life into the facade of an existing building. The journey was fraught with its share of challenges, yet it unfolded as a fascinating and rewarding endeavor, pushing the boundaries of our creativity and expertise.
