Multifunctional hotel complex

The irrigation system is designed so that from the balcony on each floor, guests can step into a small green garden, which forms part of their balcony. This greenery allowed us to fully integrate a building of this scale into the environment, making its appearance blend as naturally as possible with the surrounding landscape.

On the roof of the hotel, there is a multifunctional terrace, a restaurant, and an outdoor pool with breathtaking views. At the back of the main hotel building is an ideal resting and walking area, which seamlessly blends into the existing forest.

An underground tunnel, which also functions as an exhibition space, connects the main building to the restaurant. While part of the hotel, the restaurant operates as an independent entity. Fully integrated into the terrain, the restaurant’s roof terrace serves as a belvedere, strategically positioned to maximize the stunning views.

In conclusion, this complex and ambitious project responds to contemporary challenges while leaving a lasting impression through its thoughtful and innovative design.

Summary

We were given the opportunity to work on an interesting and large-scale project, which presented many challenges.

First and foremost, the main objective was to integrate this massive complex into the site in such a way that it would blend harmoniously with the local environment. To achieve this, we adapted the shape and volume of the buildings to the existing, rather complex terrain.

On the facade, we used as neutral materials as possible, such as natural stone, black stainless steel, and golden accents in metal. The main feature of the facade is the greenery, which completely covers the hotel building’s exterior.
