We carefully selected materials to ensure they were perfectly suited to the local climate while seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings. The ground floor is enveloped in natural stone, grounding the building with an organic connection to the earth and imparting a sense of enduring strength.

The upper floors feature composite panels with a wood texture, framed by sleek metal intermediates that define their modern contours. For an added touch of elegance, the balconies are adorned with wooden columns and black metal mesh railings, enhancing both form and function.

The roof, thoughtfully designed to complement the structure, incorporates wooden beams and panels at its base, evoking a sense of warmth and inviting coziness. The result is a facade that harmoniously integrates with the landscape and climate of Bakuriani, embodying both aesthetic beauty and practical resilience.
