Residential house in Tsavkis
Inspired by the architectural aesthetics of the adjacent building, we decided to maintain the unity achieved by using similar materials, which ensured a seamless integration of the house with the existing environment.
The residential house in Tsavkis, which focuses on natural lighting and energy efficiency, is distinguished by a wide terrace and panoramic views. Its contemporary elegance using black composite panels, ceramic tiles, wood paneling and metal accents blends harmoniously with the landscape. The green yard around the house offers plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor activities.
Considering that the surrounding area was mostly uninhabited, we aimed not only to create housing, but also to establish a visual identity for this new neighborhood.
