Residential house on the Tbilisi sea

Our design philosophy was rooted in maximizing the panoramic views and connection to the outdoors. Positioned strategically atop the highest point of the terrain, the house offers commanding vistas, accessible via a series of inviting steps leading to a captivating pool nestled in the lower grounds.

In crafting the exterior, we prioritized a balance of affordability and aesthetics. Utilizing cost-effective materials, predominantly decorative plaster and subtle accents of wood cladding, we achieved a striking façade that exudes charm and character. The addition of lush greenery cascading from the second-floor terrace enhances the sense of warmth and contrast, fulfilling our vision of creating a harmonious yet distinctive abode.
