Residential house in Tsavkisi

The backyard is completely isolated from the street, creating a cozy and secure environment for the residents. We elevated the main entrance with steps to the level of the backyard, allowing for a natural and comfortable transition from the terrace to the pool area. This way, we created two main levels – the entrance side and the backyard – which integrate through thoughtful planning.

In shaping the architectural concept, our aim was to create a modern and distinctive design. The building’s layout immediately defined its dynamic forms, which ultimately turned out to be visually appealing and interesting. The selected materials for the facade – wooden panels and ceramic tiles – add warmth and elegance to the house, while the black metal inserts enhance its contemporary look, creating a harmonious combination of colors and textures.

Despite the compactness of the territory, one of our priorities was to make the most efficient use of the yard. We placed flower beds mounted in metal frames around the house, which add more coziness and natural harmony to the pool area.

Ultimately, this project is an excellent example of contemporary architecture, where the harmonious blending of materials and functional design, along with exceptional aesthetics, creates a unique living environment.
