Residential house in Tskneti


The interior side of the pitched roofs is finished with wooden panels and battens. These battens are also featured on the facade, creating a harmonious blend with decorative concrete tiles. The main terrace incorporates black metal and wooden elements that are transparent yet protective. A glass covering shields residents from the rain, while the design creates fascinating light and shadow effects throughout the day.

The terrace also includes a fireplace clad in metal and natural stone, adding warmth and coziness to the space. Steps from the terrace lead to the pool area, designed to be oriented toward the breathtaking views.

In designing this project, our goal was to achieve a distinctive and innovative architectural style with modern elements. We aimed to ensure both comfort for residents and a memorable experience for guests.
